Hello, my name is Serena, I am an undergraduate student studying Typography and Graphic Communication at the University of Reading. Imagination is the key, I believe that designs can create stunning stories by following our feelings, captivate the inspiration of the people, as well as involve them in ways that are meaningful.
Butterflies music packaging
The goal was to create a design effectively catches the attention of random audience and building the singer’s reputation. I explored a range of style and the outcome was pixel art design.
Oasis branding
The goal was to communicate and understand the needs of the client in order to provide a better branding of their organisation. This project was a group project where we were given the choice of 3 different charities to do a rebrand for.
RADIENT magazine
RADIENT is a health and wellbeing magazine that are targeted for women in all ages of the UK. I have set up RADIENT because more and more misleading and incorrect information is being fed to us and influencing us invisibly. And this magazine is aimed at women. One of the ongoing problems in the society is that many women are being influenced by biased information to follow the current trends in body shape, appearance, make-up, etc. The aim of this magazine is to bring out positive energy and learn to accept ourselves as we are while becoming more beautiful and confident.
